We use high performance production equipment and the most current technologies to ensure the quality of our steel pipes. To illustrate, we use FFX welded pipe mills acquired from Japan's Nakata, high frequency welding equipment from America's Thermatool, and internationally advanced precision seamless steel pipe manufacturing techniques to produce our welded pipes. With over 60 precision steel pipe manufacturing lines, and 3 welded pipe production lines, we at Fengli can now manufacture 8 tons of seamless steel tubing and welded steel tubing every year, which allows us to satisfy the great demand for steel pipes from customers in America, Germany, France, Spain, and India, among others.

As an ISO9002 and TS16949 certified manufacturer, we also have a complete set of testing equipment to ensure the precise size and reliable chemical and physical properties of our pipes. For instance, we have the universal tester to give our welded pipe and seamless pipe tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, flattening, and bending tests. We also conduct flaring tests and hardness tests, and use a metallurgical microscope, straightness tester, and chemical analyzer. All of our precision seamless steel pipe, welded precision steel pipe, as well as other steel pipes, undergo comprehensive testing before leaving the factory, thus ensuring that only qualified products are delivered. We have established a strong relationship with KAYABA which is the largest shock absorber manufacturer in Japan, and also SHOWA, GABRIEL, Honda, Suzuki, America's Voestalpine AG, and more.
